Millions of people's human rights are violated due to ongoing acts of terror in the status quo. As a result, the world must draw its attention to protect the victims' human rights while combatting "violent extremism." What solutions can address both of these issues effectively?
The United States of America: the largest economy in the world and also the country with the most sovereign debt. While countries such as the US still continue to maintain a powerful stance in the world despite the debt, this is not the case for most developing countries. Countries unable to pay back loans continue to accumulate debt, increasing their citizens' burdens. Hence, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development is responsible for developing viable plans to reconstruct states with heavy sovereign debt.
