Jae Hyung Kim
Secretary-General
Jae Hyung (Jeff) is a rising senior attending APIS. He has started his MUN career during his sophomore year and constantly regrets not starting earlier. To compensate this delay, he has taken part in nearly ten MUN conferences over the past year-and-a-half. As a result, he has won the “Best Delegate” award five times consecutively, and this number will not remain stagnant. As the name of the conference implies (MUN: Enforcing Fairness First), he has always had a passion towards building a corruption-free conference. Though he may seem awkward to interact with at first, he will become one of the jolliest people you’ll ever know once you get to know him a bit more.
Henry Kim is a rising junior also attending APIS. As another passionate MUNer, his MUN career traces back to his freshman year. He has since then been to several conferences as a delegate and also had the privilege to chair. After earning his best delegate award from SIG MUN VI: The Gleam, he has sought to explore other roles in MUN such as the Secretariats. Though a programming nerd, Henry finds MUN to be his favorite extracurricular activity and he integrated an entirely quantitative scoring system to MUNEFF. But most of all, he is excited to get to know you all!

Diana Seo
Head of Staff Training
Diana Seo is a senior attending CDS. As one of the MUNers who regularly attends MUN conferences, she is honored to continue her MUN career at MUNEFF. She looks forward to working with staff members and to help them improve their knowledge necessary for the conference. As the Secretary-General of DALMUN and as the MUN leader at CDS, she feels obliged to put her very best effort to hold a successful conference at MUNEFF.
Hyunjoo Hayden Ji
Head of Chair Training & Approval Panel
Hyunjoo Hayden Ji is a TCIS senior that has wholeheartedly collaborated with APIS to make this event possible. Through a connection from SIG MUN, the DSG was able to contact such a passionate MUNer that volunteered to become the Head of Chair Training. Hyunjoo comes with a plethora of not only chairing (Global Classrooms, YMUN) experience but also Secretariat experience (DBMUN), making her one of the most eligible people of this position.
