Disclaimers
1. Cancellation fees for MUNEFF are 100%, meaning that no refunds are offered once you make your payment.
2. To ensure fairness, no two chairs from the same committee may attend the same school.
3. All chairs are chosen based on a merit-based application and the "head chair" is the chair that received the highest application score in each committee.
4. Delegations are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis in order of payment.
5. This is a UNA-USA conference (i.e. prewritten resolutions are not allowed). Delegates, nonetheless, may bring resolution content in bullet point form.
6. Awards are determined based on the mandatory opening speech, speeches during the debate, resolution-drafting participation, Points of Information, and amendments. Opening speeches and amendments are evaluated based on a standards-based rubric judged by each chair. The rubrics are available on the "Resources Section."
7. Scoring details are confidential and any attempts to disclose or attain knowledge of such information will result in disqualification.
8. This is an event hosted at Asia Pacific International School, which means that all behavioral rules of conduct apply during all moments of the conference to all individuals.



Dress Code
All participants must be dressed in formal business attire. All participants will be required to wear a collared dress shirt, tie, suit pants, and a jacket or a set equivalent in the level of formality. Dress shoes are required.
Failure to adhere to dress code may result in penalties when making award considerations and major violations will prohibit the participant from entry.
